By completing this booking, you:

• Confirm you understand that bookings are non-refundable.

• Confirm you understand that bookings are non-transferable.

• Accept that Guest teachers are dependant on practitioner availability and are subject to change. An offer for a service of equivalent value will be made in case of any recording changes and Masterclasses will be covered by an alternative professional performer should availability changes arise.

• Confirm that you are legally able to give parental consent for the child named above.

• Authorise DBS checked Tucker Management members of staff to take your child to A&E in the event of sudden/severe illness. In the event of emergencies, we will contact the parent/guardian or alternative emergency contact provided.

• Consent to your child being photographed and videoed under supervision of DBS checked Tucker Management staff. In accordance with our child safeguarding policies, we will not permit any photography, filming or media aspect that includes the image of the child unless permission is given by the parent. Tucker Management will make sure that these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended, for instance, but not limited to use on the Tucker Management website, affiliated YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook platforms.
